As homeowners, we recognize their value as major assets and we treat every home and pet as if it were our own.  We will do our utmost to maintain your home in the same or better condition as we find it and treat it and any pets with respect, honesty and care they deserve.  If required, we will sign a mutually agreed upon care contract.

     We try to communicate often with our homeowners by email, or Facetime  with updates, and follow routines as pets and households require.  Our wish is that you, as travelers, can relax and feel confidant that all the needs of your pets and home are met.  We too have used housesitters through Homecarers, to look after our Jack Russell and home, and we know how good it feels to be confident about leaving them in good hands. 

     We do not charge any fee for our services, and we do not expect to pay for rent, nor utilities, since we pay them for our own home, whether we are there or not.

     We have references, and a police check online at the Homecarers.com site.  We haven't asked for letters from most recent homeowners as they have been repeats.
